Chromcraft Revington Douglas' subsidiary McKenzie & Co. Outdoor Collection Announces Newport Collection

Chromcraft, a reputable provider of comprehensive home solutions, boasts a rich history of pushing the boundaries in the realm of innovative product offerings. From the iconic Sculpta chair, famously featured on the futuristic sets of the 1960s Star Trek series, to dining sets that have found their way to far-flung corners of the world, including Australia, South Africa, and Israel, the company has consistently charted new territories. This legacy of exploration and innovation continues with the launch of its latest expansion, perfectly timed for the High Point Market: the Newport collection, designed for outdoor use, falls under the purview of the McKenzie & Co. Outdoor brand.

David Urbanick, the Vice President of Chromcraft Revington Douglas, elaborated on this new venture, stating, "Our dedicated efforts on this project spanned a considerable duration. Building upon the success of our indoor McKenzie & Co. Collection Modular line, we are now proud to introduce modular seating solutions tailored explicitly for outdoor settings."

The premiere of the McKenzie & Co. Outdoor collection introduces an impressive array of 15 distinct SKUs, all set to be available for shipment by late December. Among the standout pieces, the Armless Modular chair takes center stage, with pricing ranging from $599 to $699. This collection showcases a host of noteworthy features, including Chromcraft's patented "Comfort Flexx" spring back, innovative "Attachables" arms, and table options seamlessly integrated with the seating configurations. Furthermore, the collection boasts robust aluminum frames and structures, offered in three captivating powder coat finishes: Coal Black, Anthracite Gray, and Cloud White. It also incorporates Culp's Outdoor LiveSmart fabrics, masterfully engineered to harmoniously blend style and durability.

Urbanick underscored the evolving preferences of today's consumers and how the collection adeptly aligns with contemporary trends: "In today's world, individuals are placing increasing emphasis on their well-being and surroundings, particularly in outdoor spaces. People are dedicating more time to outdoor living and are determined to make these spaces not only inviting but also stylish and enjoyable."

He further elucidated, "Expanding upon the success of our indoor Modular program, which already encompasses three exceptional collections, our foray into outdoor seating is a natural progression for our business. The rapid growth we are currently witnessing directly correlates with the surging demand from consumers for versatile seating solutions within their homes. Our modular seating, with its boundless configurability, serves as the perfect response to this burgeoning need."
